Down-wires cause outage for BC Hyrdo customers from West Kelowna to Summerland

BC Hyrdo customers from West Kelowna south of Summerland are without power due to down-lines.

Two separate incidents were reported with lines down in West Kelowna and Peachland. The two incidents occurred around 5:15 p.m. and affect a total of approximately 5,644 BC Hyrdo customers.

Crews are currently on site to restore power.
