Dillian Whyte proved his heavyweight power when he pulled off a punch machine challenge.
After appearing on DAZN’s preview show ahead of Anthony Joshua vs. Oleksandr Usyk last year, the top contender has stepped forward to take on the famed old arcade machine.
Despite numerous knockouts with his famous left hook, Whyte opted to use his right.
It turned out to be a good choice.
Whyte thundered through the batting ball and his score instantly skyrocketed.
He found himself on a gigantic 994 – just five off the maximum total.
Earlier this month, Eddie Hearn pulled off an impressive upset by defeating former WBC world heavyweight champion Tony Bellew on the machine.
The promoter showed he packed a punch by scoring more with his straight right than Bellew managed with his left hook.
Hearn hammered the punch ball with a crisp shot and scored a stunning 935 points.
Bellew’s score came to 926 points.
They were both short of Whyte’s stunning total.
