Dem Gov. JB Pritzker activates the national guard of more than 0.01% of border residents

Illinois Governor JB Pritzker (D) activates the National Guard for more than 0.01% of President Joe Biden’s record illegal immigration crisis arriving in the sanctuary state via migrant buses sent by Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R).

For more than two weeks, Abbott sent about 500 commuters and illegal aliens to Chicago, Illinois, which prides itself as a safe haven for illegal aliens.

The 500 arrivals represent just 0.01% of the roughly five million border commuters and illegal aliens who have crossed the southern border since Biden took office.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D) called the Texas migrant buses “immoral” and “unpatriotic” as well as “racist and xenophobic”. These statements come as Lightfoot has moved many cross-border commuters and illegal aliens to suburban Chicago.

Now, Pritzker has called in 75 members of the Illinois National Guard to help border commuters and illegal aliens. The sanctuary state is expecting 1,000 cross-border commuters and illegal aliens on buses from Texas every week for the next 15 weeks.

“I’m not going to mince words here, the governor of Texas is imposing on New York and [Washington] DC and Chicago and potentially other places, an unnecessarily last minute and complex process, which is a heartless display of politics over people,” Pritzker said at a press conference this week.

Lightfoot last week called on Biden to “step up” with “federal support” to help the sanctuary jurisdiction with migrant buses.

The migrant buses sent to Chicago are only a fraction of what US border communities are forced to endure with around 6,000 illegal alien crossings every day.

Recently, in the Del Rio area of the Texas-Mexico border, Border Patrol agents apprehended nearly 13,000 border crossers and illegal aliens — an average of nearly 1,900 arrests per day in the region — or about a third of the total population of Del Rio.
