Deion Sanders humiliates his son on the bench press and does the coolest outing

New University of Colorado football coach Deion Sanders was ready for a bench press challenge against his oldest son and two other staff members this week. (Watch the video below.)

Wearing a hoodie, overcoat, hat, sunglasses and attitude, the former NFL and MLB star saw special assistant Sam “Malone” Morini unable to lift the 245 pounds. Deion Jr., aka “Bucky,” a content creator for the soccer program, also failed to lift the weight. Quality Control (Offence) Analyst Rashad Davis then managed four reps.

The eldest Sanders, 55, didn’t bother to warm up properly or get rid of his outerwear and accessories to prepare for his turn. He stayed as he was and kicked off six reps as if nothing had happened.

“Never try me again,” he said.

The trainer, who revealed last year that he had had two of his toes amputated after blood clots formed in a previous surgery, made his triumphant outing on a Segway with a dog in tow.

Sanders’ youngest son, Shedeur, who is expected to start as the school’s quarterback, was not present for the bench press showdown.

The QB might want to think twice before challenging ‘Coach Prime’ to a strength contest.
