Daniel Khalife pleads not guilty to escaping HMP Wandsworth

The barracks is home to the 1st Signals Brigade of the Royal Corps of Signals, the Defense Electronics Agency, the tactical supply wing of the RAF Joint Helicopter Command and the cadets of the 22nd Air Force Group.

Mr. Khalife described his role on social media as that of an IT specialist with skills including information technology and system administration.

It is understood that he grew up in Kingston upon Thames, southwest London.

Mr Khalife was awaiting trial for allegedly obtaining information useful to the enemy, obtaining information about members of the armed forces in contravention of the Terrorism Act 2000 and carrying out a bomb hoax.

He denied the accusations at a previous hearing at the Old Bailey in July.

At the Old Bailey, Judge Jeremy Baker joined in the charges and Mr Khalife will now stand trial at Woolwich Crown Court on November 13 for all four offences.

Judge Baker said: “Daniel Khalife, you are due to stand trial on November 13 at Woolwich Crown Court…

“It will obviously be in your interest to cooperate with those you have mandated, your lawyers and your advisors.

“In the meantime, I will place you in pre-trial detention. »
