Los Angeles Police said at least 20 people attempted to break into a Nordstrom store in the Grove Mall on Monday evening. A high-speed chase ensued with police following at least four vehicles.
Police said a store window was smashed with a hammer which was left at the scene.
KNBC reported that the chase ended at 98th Street and Hoover Street in South Los Angeles. Three suspects have been taken into custody, police said Tuesday morning.
