The number of new cases

Brittany has recorded 413 new cases since Wednesday, bringing to 57,636 the number of people infected in the region since the start of the epidemic. Among these 413 cases, 194 are in Ille-et-Vilaine (26,477 in total), 93 in Morbihan (11,298), 83 in Finistère (11,059) and 43 in Côtes-d’Armor (8,802 ).

Hospitalizations

The number of hospitalized patients fell slightly this Thursday in Brittany, with 517 hospitalizations in progress (-2 compared to Wednesday), including 34 patients treated in the intensive care units of Breton hospitals (-2). 23 additional people were able to return to their homes (3,343 in total). Two additional deaths are to be deplored in the last 24 hours, the toll climbs to 717 deaths in hospital.

The ARS is currently monitoring 75 epidemic outbreaks in Brittany, 18 less than Wednesday.
