Covid-19: France finally on the right track?

Le Débat de France 24 – Thursday April 1, 2021 © France 24

Holidays for all students. This is the announcement in substance made this Wednesday by Emmanuel Macron. France, among the last major European countries to keep its schools open, has therefore resigned itself to closing them. A three-week closure for nursery and primary, at least four for middle and high schools. For the rest, the entire territory falls under the restrictions already in force in 19 departments. But is it effective and is it not already too late to hope for a gradual reopening in May as the president is already announcing?

A program prepared by Élise Duffau, Arnaud Le Pape and Morgane Minair.
