COP27 2022: Bay Area-based Impossible, Eat Just talk food transformation, sustainable food


SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — The United Nations Climate Change Conference, AKA COP27, is happening this week in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, and some Bay Area food innovators are taking part.

Redwood City-based Impossible Foods CEO Peter McGuinness and Alameda-based Eat Just CEO Josh Tetrick spoke with ABC7 News anchor Reggie Aqui on Wednesday about food processing and diet sustainable food.
