Christian Lee jumped on the welterweight bandwagon a few months ago. He moved up a weight class after reclaiming his ONE world lightweight title in August from South Korean slugger Ok Rae Yoon. With his sights set on winning double gold in November at ONE on Prime Video 4, Lee is keeping tabs on the welterweight division’s biggest challengers.

Roberto Soldic, in particular, has been talked about in the MMA world. The Croatian is a famous two-division MMA champion under KSW, with 17 knockouts in 20 total wins.

Not only is he a competent striker, his judo is as good as his stand-up. Fans expect Soldic to land his ticket to a ONE world title soon.

Christian Lee thinks stepping into the circle with Kiamrian Abbasov will be his biggest moment yet

Fresh out of his world title match for the lightweight belt, Christian Lee believes overcoming adversity has made him a stronger and more competitive fighter.

Settling into a new weight class, Lee faces his new challenge in a bigger and more powerful world champion at Kiamrian Abbasav on November 18. Ready to test the waters of the new division, Lee is grateful for the opportunity to win double gold under the only promotion he has ever fought for. He told ONE:

“Every performance is your greatest performance. And getting into his fight, that’s all. Everything I worked on led to this moment, so yeah, definitely. This will be my greatest moment yet.
