Chelsea are said to be in talks with Robert Lewandowski’s agent over his future.
Les Bleus are looking for a new center-forward this summer and have been linked with the biggest names in world football.
They were linked with Harry Kane at the start of the summer and reports have started to surface in recent days about a possible player-plus-cash deal involving Tammy Abraham.
Erling Haaland is also on their radar and they are expected to offer between £ 135m and £ 150m.
Borussia Dortmund insist they are not for sale this summer, with a £ 65million release clause becoming active in 2022, but their resolve is likely to be tested.
Lewandowski is the latest striker on their list of targets and reports claim Chelsea will offer Bayern Munich £ 50million.
Sport Bild claim the Premier League club have discussed the future of the Poland international with agent Pini Zahavi.
The 32-year-old has two more years on his contract with Bayern Munich and they are said to be keen to offer him an extension.
The Bundesliga club are reportedly unwilling to sell the star striker.
Lewandowski joined Bayern from rivals Borussia Dortmund in 2014 and has been in unstoppable goalscoring form ever since.
He scored 294 goals in just 329 games for them, winning the Bundesliga in his seven seasons at the club and he helped them win a famous treble in the 2019/20 campaign.
The Polish striker was also tipped to win the Ballon d’Or and was the favorite in 2020, until they decided to remove him that year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
