CHICAGO (SCS) — A man is charged with first degree murder in a fatal shooting at a restaurant in Humboldt Park.

Police arrested Charlie Moreno, 41, Friday night, moments after he said he opened fire outside the Colombian restaurant Curramba near Division and Washtenaw.

A 50-year-old man inside the restaurant was struck in the neck and died a short time later.

A 40-year-old woman was scratched on her finger.

Investigators say neither was the intended target of the shooting.
