The Champions League will come back to life this week with Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City flying the Premier League flag.
City will face Lionel Messi’s Paris Saint-Germain, RB Leipzig and Club Brugge in Group A as the Premier League champions seek to end their European drought.
City launches its campaign by hosting Leipzig on Wednesday September 15.
Meanwhile, Liverpool will face Spanish champions Atletico Madrid, Porto and AC Milan in a tough Group B.
The Reds will face Milan’s former European enemies in their opener, also on Wednesday.
The draw has been more favorable to Chelsea and Manchester United owners of Cristiano Ronaldo, who will both be confident of reaching the round of 16.
United face a repeat of last season’s Europa League final with Villarreal, alongside Atalanta and Young Boys in Group F.
Ronaldo and his colleagues will face the Swiss team in their first draw on Tuesday, September 14.
Chelsea, meanwhile, will face Juventus, Zenit St Petersburg and Malmo in Group H and kick off their title defense on Tuesday by hosting the Russians.
