Chad Reuter 7-round mock draft: Giants take the J.J. McCarthy plunge

The 2024 NFL Draft promises to be wild, with teams moving all over the draft board to get the players they want. So, it’s fitting that NFL.com’s Chad Reuter released a wild seven-round mock draft that sees the New York Giants moving up in the first round for a quarterback.

Here’s how it went.

Round 1 (No. 4) – JJ McCarthy, QB, Michigan

Yes, Reuter is making a decision that could easily become reality next Thursday evening. He writes:

The Daniel Jones era could be coming to an end in New York.
