Catherine Zeta-Jones paid tribute to her husband Michael Douglas as the couple celebrated 23 years of marriage on Saturday.
The actress, 54, took to Instagram to share some of their wedding photos as well as a selection of some of their special moments spent together.
In one image the Welsh star could be seen walking down the aisle with Michael, 79, at the Plaza in New York in 2000, while another showed them kissing during the ceremony.
Other snaps showed them vacationing together, while in others they could be seen cuddling together.
She captioned her post: “Today we celebrate 23 years of marriage. Dear Michael, your Nobel Peace Prize awaits.
“I love you… from your darling wife, recipient of the Medal of Honor with Gold Star.”
The two Hollywood stars met in 1998 at the Deauville Festival where the actor was promoting A Perfect Murder with Gwyneth Paltrow.
Catherine was reprising The Mask of Zorro with Antonio Banderas.
The 78-year-old told her shortly after they met: “I want to be the father of your children.”
Michael and Catherine were married at the Plaza in New York in 2000.
Soon after, they welcomed son Dylan and daughter Carys.
Michael also has a son Cameron, 44, from a previous marriage.
Meanwhile, Douglas plans to stipulate in his will that all rights to his image be left to his family because he fears an avatar of him might end up in films and he would like to retain an element of control, he said in March.
Discussing the possibility of selling his digital image so he could continue acting in films after his death, he said: “It’s funny you say that. You are reaching an age where you are starting to think about your will and your estate.
“Now I think I’m also going to have to license my name and likeness so that the rights go to my family rather than the metaverse.
“I see what AI does with images with text.
“It’s only a matter of time before you can recreate any deceased person, at any age, with their voice and mannerisms, so I want to have some control.”
