Canelo Alvarez v Dmitry Bivol’s controversial scorecards have been revealed, as Logan Paul describes them as ‘super f***** up’

They say you can’t beat Canelo Alvarez in Las Vegas, but Dmitry Bivol pulled off a huge upset to get the job done, although the judges almost denied the Russian.
Fans and media agreed after the fight that it was a shutout win for Bivol, but in the three eyes of the judge, the Russian needed to win the last round of the fight to avoid a draw.

That being said, it’s rare in boxing for all three judges to score every round of the fight the same, so maybe they could see something from the ring that we couldn’t.
Scoring the first four rounds for Canelo, however, seems particularly odd and professional boxer-turned-social-media influencer Logan Paul had strong words for what he believes is an inherent problem in boxing.
“Canelo was undeniably outboxed and his opponent still only won seven rounds (according to the scorecards),” he wrote on Twitter.
“Boxing is inherently super f***** up.
“Gimmicks aside, that’s why I’m so optimistic about Jake Paul and the solutions he’s trying to implement for fighter compensation and rating. Time for change.”
Logan’s brother Jake also commented on the poor score, citing punching stats that show Canelo landing every round. “That’s why the boxing score has to be changed,” he said.

He also called Canelo to fight in three years.
“And just like that, Canelo Alvarez loses to Dmitry Bivol,” he began. “An incredible fight from Bivol. I am two inches taller than Bivol. I weigh 20 pounds more.
“Give me three years and I’ll take Canelo out the same. He’s on the ropes like he’s won, he’s only won three rounds the whole fight.
“Eddie Hearn, fuck you. You can suck the shit out of me. I come and beat Canelo in three fucking years. I put this on my mom. Congratulations Dmitry Bivol.
“He showed that Canelo is easily beaten by a bigger man, which I’ve known all this time. Believe in your kids and don’t listen to those British scumbags like Eddie Hearn.
