As part of its digital strategy aimed at the continuous improvement of the quality of services provided to citizens and the strengthening of proximity with all of its customers, Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion is launching a new digital banking platform “CDG Mobile “.
“In line with the national strategy for the digitization of public services, the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion aims, through this new application, to reinforce the effective digitization of the customer journey through the mobile distribution channel and to reinforce the synergy and interoperability with State services (DGI, ANCFCC, TGR, etc.), thus offering an enriched omnichannel experience to institutional customers and regulated legal professions (Notaries, Clerk Secretaries, etc.)”, indicates a press release from the group.
“CDG Mobile” thus complements the “CDGNET” application implemented since 2016 by CDG and offers all current remote banking services free of charge. It also offers a wide range of functionalities, allowing CDG customers to view, manage and monitor account movements, view and manage business, execute transfers and pay taxes and invoices, edit bank documents (certificate, RIB and bank statements), claims management, etc., and will integrate even more functionalities in the future.
Focused on high security standards in terms of authentication, payment and confidentiality, the “CDG Mobile” application is compatible with all Android, iOS, Mac and Windows operating systems. Thanks to its attractive design, it guarantees all CDG customers an innovative user experience and simple, fluid and intuitive navigation.
