Botched tackles body dysmorphia and heartbreaking nose job

The competition has gone bad.

In tonight’s episode of sloppy on June 22, Dr. Paul Nassif had to tackle the case of a wrestling champion whose nose has been a sore subject for years. Sara, a triplet, broke her nose for the first time at the age of eight.

“I was always competing with my siblings, and seeing my sister getting all the attention and me not getting any, I think it had a huge impact on my self-esteem,” Sara confessed to the camera.

Sara grew up wrestling in the boys’ division and in 2003 won the title of national champion. However, an accident during a competition in third year caused her to “face” and break her nose. “I didn’t care how I looked until I started using social media to meet people,” Sara continued. “I stopped wrestling because I didn’t want it because that’s what actually broke my nose.”
