Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors called for the end of Israel in 2015 during a panel at Harvard Law School.
“Palestine is the South Africa of our generation. If we do not intervene boldly and courageously to end the imperialist project which is called Israel, we are doomed,” Cullors said.
Harvard Law’s human rights program hosted Cullors and several other activists in April 2015 for a panel titled “Globalizing Ferguson: Racialized Policing and International Resistance”. During the panel, Cullors shared his experience of visiting the West Bank and Gaza in 2015 as part of a delegation with other far-left activists. She claims to have witnessed the “violence” and “terror” against the Palestinians that were provoked by the Israelis and the “Zionists”.
She told the public that one way Americans retaliated was to join the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement, which seeks to pressure Israel to change its policy towards the Palestinians.

The BLM co-founder recently announced that she is stepping down as executive director of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation after holding that role for five years. She says her reason for quitting is to devote more time to other projects like releasing her second book and a TV deal with Warner Bros.
His sudden departure came amid questions about his finances. The New York Post reported in April that Cullors had bought four homes for $ 3.2 million, which raised questions among other activists. Hawk Newsome, the head of Black Lives Matter Greater New York City, to call for an “independent investigation” into the foundation’s finances. The two organizations are not affiliated.
Cullors denies receiving a salary from the foundation, but critics allege that she could use the foundation’s donations to enrich herself. She denies these claims and claims her income comes from other sources of book sales and a YouTube deal.
