Patrick Kane watches Predators fan after scoring a goal originally appeared on NBC Sports Chicago

Patrick Kane found the back of the net for the third game in a row on Saturday, but it’s what happened after that got everyone talking.

After tying the score at 1-1 in the first period, Kane let out a mini vintage fist-pump celebration, then skated to the boards and watched a Nashville Predators fan in the front row. The fan looked at a smiling Kane and shook his head in disappointment.

I don’t know if there’s a backstory to this, but it was a hilarious moment. Heck, I wouldn’t rule out Kane just wanting to have a little fun and joke around with the fan for no reason other than his own amusement.

It wasn’t the only viral moment of the week for Kane, who broke the ankles of San Jose Sharks defenseman Jaycob Megna with a spin-o-rama move on Thursday. Kane’s reaction watching the replay from the bench was priceless:
