Bizarre moment Kim Jong Un tests Putin’s armored limousine and sits inside…unlike the time he visited Trump and was only allowed to take a look at inside his Beast limousine

This is the bizarre moment Vladimir Putin invites Kim Jong Un to sit with him in his armored limousine – overtaking Donald Trump, who only allowed the North Korean to peek inside his Beast limousine only in 2018.

Putin and Kim met yesterday at the North Korea-Russia summit to inspect the space launch facilities at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in Russia’s Far East.

After an enthusiastic handshake that lasted 40 seconds, the two men walked through the space center before arriving at Putin’s Aurus presidential limousine parked in the driveway.

The Russian president then gestures for Kim to sit in the back seat of the vehicle.

The offer is enthusiastically received by the North Korean who then sits in the limousine, beaming with pride.

Putin then walks around the vehicle before joining an elated Kim, who is said to be a car enthusiast having been seen in several luxury cars, including various Mercedes models, a Lexus sports utility vehicle and a Rolls-Royce Phantom.

Manufactured by Russian luxury automobile brand NAMI, the Aurus Senat is an armored limousine equipped with a 4.4-liter V8 engine developing 598 horsepower.

The Senat, which measures 21.7 feet long and weighs 14,330 pounds, features a hybrid drive system and a 9-speed automatic transmission, allowing power to be sent to all four wheels.

NAMI is reportedly making an even more powerful version of the Senat, featuring a 6.6-liter V-12 engine rated at 857 horsepower.

A civilian version of the Aurus Senat, whose look is inspired by British Rolls Royce sedans, is produced by the largely public company. Car buyers can get one for $245,000, or 18 million rubles.

In 2018, the North Korean was only allowed a glimpse of President Trump’s limousine worth $1.6 million.

News footage showed world leaders, who had just attended a summit meeting in Singapore, approaching the limousine adorned with the American flag, before Trump waved at the car and a US agent secret service opens the passenger door.

Kim smiled as he was allowed a rare peek inside the luxury vehicle designed to survive a military-style or chemical warfare attack.

The Beast, or Cadillac One, was President Trump’s version of the presidential limousine.

The car accompanied him everywhere and flew in the belly of his plane when he took trips abroad.

The Beast weighs eight tons and has eight-inch-thick steel doors that weigh the same as those on a Boeing 757 – and are sealed to resist biological and chemical attacks.

The front windshield can withstand armor-piercing bullets or a .44 magnum and the bodywork is military grade and five inches thick.

The reinforced undercarriage resists roadside bombs and the fuel tank is explosion-resistant.

Only the driver’s side window can be opened in case he has to pay a toll – and in the trunk are cases of the president’s blood for an emergency transfusion.

Putin and fellow dictator Kim Jong Un met at their summit yesterday and reportedly formed a “blood alliance” during their arms negotiations, sparking already heightened fears that North Korea is supplying Moscow with much-needed munitions to his war in Ukraine.

The Russian’s kind gesture probably impressed Jong-un, who himself owns a $2 million armored Mercedes Benz S600, even complete with a portable toilet.

The leaders met at the Vostochny spaceport in Russia’s far-eastern Amur region, where Kim was able to tour the facilities. The despot, who came from North Korea aboard his personalized armored train, is expected to visit other Russian military sites.

Putin said Kim would inspect an aircraft factory in Komsomolsk-on-Amur and ships of the Russian Pacific Fleet at a port in Vladivostok.
