Biden’s immigration policy is ‘completely impenetrable’

America First Legal founder and former Trump adviser Stephen Miller on Sunday criticized President Joe Biden for his immigration policies.

Miller, who served as a senior adviser to former President Donald Trump, told Fox News Channel’s “Life, Liberty & Levin” that Biden had “messed and trashed” the immigration system in the United States. He argued that the president’s handling of immigration was “completely impenetrable”.

“What this president has done is he has turned Congress into a simple suggestion box,” Miller protested. “The whole immigration and nationality law, which governs who can enter our country, how you apply for a visa, what rules you have to follow, where you have to apply from – this whole system has been trashed and ransacked by this president as when he was emperor. And so, it’s completely unassailable.

“My organization has been embroiled in a number of lawsuits against his policies, and in each of those lawsuits, we explain how he violated the clear order of Congress and the clear order of the Constitution,” he said. for follow-up. “One of those cases that we litigated in partnership with Texas, we won on title 42. Another, immigration and customs, he was found guilty of breaking the law again and again and again. And so yes, these are impenetrable crimes, absolutely, especially because he did not respect court orders when he lost these lawsuits.
