More than 99% of illegal aliens conscripted into President Joe Biden’s Dedicated Dockets program in Los Angeles, California have invalid asylum claims and are subsequently deported, new data reveals.
In May 2021, the Biden administration launched the Dedicated Dockets program as an expedited asylum process that promises to get commuters through federal immigration courts within 300 days.
Data from the Center for Immigration Law and Policy at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) reveals that in the city’s Dedicated Dockets program, only 1% of commuters have valid asylum claims.
Meanwhile, more than 99 percent of illegal aliens do not have valid asylum claims and are therefore deported from the United States. More than 72% of illegal aliens ordered to be deported did not show up for their asylum hearing.
The explosive data comes as the Biden administration deployed an extensive capture and release network where more than 954,000 cross-border commuters and illegal aliens were released inside the United States from February 2021 to April 2022.
These cross-border commuters and illegal aliens are released on the promise that they will register with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and appear for their asylum hearings. UCLA data suggests that very few show up for their hearings.
Although more than 1.2 million illegal aliens have been removed from the United States by a federal immigration judge, former acting ICE director Thomas Homan told Breitbart News that the Biden administration deports only one illegal alien for every 100 illegal aliens successfully crossing the southern border.
“The most historic illegal extraterrestrial crossings we have ever seen in the history of this nation…that same year, ICE had the lowest number of removals in the agency’s history,” Homan said.
