Biden can decide on student loan forgiveness by end of summer: Jen Psaki

President Joe Biden could decide whether or not to forgive student loan debt by September, according to White House press secretary Jen Psaki.

Earlier this month, Biden extended the federal student loan moratorium through August 31. PSAKI recently appeared on the Pod Save America podcast and was asked if student loan debt forgiveness was still on the table.

She replied that it did and said that by August 31, the moratorium would either be extended again or “we will make a decision” about canceling student debt.
