South China Morning Post with today’s report:
- Beijing authorities have repealed a rule that limited the listing prices of second-hand homes in Haidian district, a move intended to boost demand and support the country’s flagging property market.
- In Haidian, a district known for its good schools and access to quality education, 29 properties are now publicly advertising their listing prices for second-hand homes, as reported by local media.
-

A price restriction has also been placed put in place by the Haidian District Real Estate Association in September 2021 to curb a price surge. and stabilize the market.
