Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has hinted at the arrival of several new features in the latest post on their website. Game developer Krafton has confirmed that weapon skins are now included in crates or casters. He also said that he is looking into the possibility of opening the BP store, adding a Hindi voice pack and introducing Prime subscriptions as well as Bonus Challenge in Battlegrounds Mobile India. Krafton also described all the measures he has taken to detect and ban cheaters in the game. He said that Battlegrounds Mobile India has a 24-hour security system that automatically bans illegal accounts in real time.
In his latest FAQ article for fans, Krafton detailed how he tackles cheaters in Battlegrounds Mobile India. The game is said to have a 24-hour security system that automatically bans accounts using illegal programs and also sends notifications to players informing them of real-time penalties for cheaters. It also posts an anti-cheat notice every week on the website regarding the number of sanctioned accounts.
“In addition to the system, we regularly seek and investigate the promotion/use of illegal programs on websites, including YouTube, and manually sanction them. Any channels that advertise/promote the use of illegal programs illegal ones, we are working hard to block them,” the post said. Users can even report cheaters by contacting customer service through the game’s settings.
Krafton said that an emulator version of Battlegrounds Mobile India is unlikely to be released as it increases the chances of illegal actions such as tampering.
The developer said it is also reviewing the arrival of a few features. This includes the introduction of Prime Subscription and Bonus Challenge. Prime Subscription offers regular rewards to players as they progress. It is also currently looking into adding a Hindi voice pack and said it will notify users when these are confirmed.
Weapon skins are now included in crates or casters, according to Krafton. He said he was also looking at releasing BP Shop, but added that there are no plans to add a 30-day Room card to Battlegrounds Mobile India. Krafton said it is working to speed up customer service response and iron out bugs.
