AXA Services Maroc launches working from home

AXA Services Maroc, the center of expertise in customer relations located in Rabat, of the companies AXA France, AXA Assistance and Direct Assurance is launching working from home (TAD) and supporting its employees in the deployment of this form of organization, using put in place an appropriate corporate charter.

On a voluntary basis, employees will now be able to benefit from TAD 2 days a week. This advantage is part of a desire to provide a work-life balance, while taking into account the evolution of practices in the organization of international work.

“Through the implementation of working from home for our employees, we give meaning to AXA’s raison d’être: to act for human progress by protecting what matters” affirms Bertrand Gaulandeau, Director of Human Capital at AXA Morocco services.

Several support measures have been implemented, such as equipment, training supervisors in this new style of management, as well as a strong awareness of the issues of ergonomics at work and psychosocial risks.
