Autopsy reveals Eliza Fletcher’s cause of death

MEMPHIS, Tennessee (WMC) — A recently released autopsy reveals that Eliza Fletcher was shot and killed.
The autopsy reveals Fletcher’s cause of death to be homicide, after she was shot in the head.
Fletcher was found dead on September 5 after being missing for several days. His body was in a state of decomposition when it was found.
The report also reveals that she suffered blunt force injuries to her right leg.
Toxicology reveals that Fentanyl was also found in Fletcher’s system. A reading shows a concentration of 10 ng/mL found in his body. Some academic studies show that a dose as low as 5 ng/mL can be fatal.
Cleotha Henderson faces charges of first degree murder and kidnapping in connection with Fletcher’s death.
