Authorities conduct ‘controlled release’ of toxic chemicals during train derailment

Authorities on Monday carried out a “controlled release” of toxic chemicals from a derailed train. Residents of Ohio and Pennsylvania were still under mandatory evacuation orders after the train derailed near the border between the two states on Friday. CBS Pittsburgh’s Erica Mokay reports.
