Netflix is releasing a Netflix-inspired exclusive version of the popular Heads Up! app, which will be available to Netflix’s 220 million subscribers worldwide. It comes with 28 new decks from popular series such as Stranger Things, Squid Game, Bridgerton, and Shadow and Bone. There are also decks inspired by Netflix’s social channels such as Geeked, NetflixIsAJoke, and Strong Black Lead. This application is developed by Gasket Games, which notably created the strategy game Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground.

Netflix Head Up! The game is available in 13 new languages on Android and iOS devices. These include French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), and Thai. It features 28 new decks inspired by popular Netflix series such as Squid Game, Stranger Things, Bridgerton, etc.

Plus, there are entertainment-themed decks, like romantic comedies or true crime. Decks inspired by Netflix’s social networks like Geek will include sci-fi, horror, fantasy, comics and video games. Strong black lead decks feature actors, artists, series, and film noir.

Attention Netflix! is an ideal app for family game night that “reinvents charades for a new generation,” according to the company. A player selects a category, then holds the device above their head with the screen facing outward. They then have to guess the words based on the prompts and clues provided by the remaining group.

The app allows you to share recordings of your matches with your friends and family on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc. The arrival of Netflix Head Up! increased the number of games in Netflix’s catalog to 27. The company says it hopes to have over 50 games under its belt by the end of the year.
