Athletic Club was effective and beat Atl.Mineiro in the first leg

For key 1 of the Brazil – Campeonato Mineiro 2023 tournament, Athletic Club won by the minimum against Atl.Mineiro. The local scored the only goal of the game at 48 minutes of the first half, through Jonathan, from a penalty.

Hulk missed the chance to equalize for Atlético Mineiro, as he did not convert a penalty in the 77th minute of the second half.

The best man of the match was Jonathan. The Athletic Club attacker scored 1 goal.

Júlio César also stood out in Joaquim Portugal. The Athletic Club goalkeeper excelled by saving 4 shots.

With this result, Athletic Club is excited to play the Brazilian title – Campeonato Mineiro 2023. Atlético Mineiro will seek to turn the key in the rematch. The teams will meet again next Friday, March 17.
