rsenal has Aaron Ramsdale back in the starting line-up for the trip to Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
Bernd Leno had replaced Ramsdale, who suffered a hip injury picked up in the League defeat to Liverpool last month.
“Aaron is still in doubt. He still doesn’t feel well,” Arteta said in the build-up. “He hasn’t trained yet, so we don’t know what he will be able to do on Monday.
The goalkeeper obviously passed these last-minute tests. There had been hopes that Takehiro Tomiyasu would also be fit to face Palace, but he is not in the squad.
The right-back has been struggling with a lingering calf problem but could make the squad for tonight’s trip to Selhurst Park having not played at all since the Cup semi-final second leg defeat Carabao against Liverpool in January.
“I think he will be close, he is training more and more,” Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta said on Thursday. “He will join some sessions this week and let’s see how it is.”
Arsenal have Bukayo Saka back and in the starting lineup, having tested positive for Covid-19 while on duty in England.
