‘Are these your goats?’ Chicago Animal Care seeks owner of 3 stray goats – NBC Chicago

Is there anyone missing goats? The Chicago Department of Animal Care and Control has found three stray animals and the city is looking for their rightful owner.

“Are these your goats?” A Tuesday Facebook post from the department said an animal control officer had “quite the day” after bringing in three goats that officials determined were strays.

As of Wednesday morning, the post had received over 150 comments and nearly 300 shares.

“Even though they seem to be having fun, we’re pretty sure they just want to go home,” the post continues, along with photos of two large white goats and a smaller black one.

From the photos, the friendly-looking goats are currently confined to a small pen and given straw to eat. One of the goats appears to be a Billy Goat, with prominent horns and a long beard.

So the question remains: Are these your pets? If so, please contact the Chicago Animal Care Department.
