AMI UEEA 2023 – Amiens Academy
The Teaching Units in Elementary Autism (UEEA) concern more particularly students who have not acquired sufficient autonomy, language and/or who present at some point in their career with substantial difficulties in their social relationships, communication, behavior and interests. These include, in particular, children for whom support from a ULIS or human help is insufficient. The children welcomed are those of the elementary school age group.
On May 9, 2023, the Hauts-de-France Regional Health Agency launched a call for expressions of interest aimed at continuing the deployment in the Hauts-de-France region through the implementation of two UEEAs in the academy of Amiens in the territories of Pont Sainte-Maxence (60) and Abbeville (80).
After examination of the files by the Agency’s services as well as by the departmental services of National Education, the candidates selected are:

AMI UEMA 2023 – Amiens Academy
Autism Kindergarten Teaching Units (UEMA) constitute a method of educating nursery school-aged pupils with ASD, referred to an establishment or a medico-social service (ESMS) and educated in its teaching unit. teaching, implemented in an ordinary school environment.
These students are present at school for the same time as students in their age group and benefit, on a unity of place and time, from pedagogical, educational and therapeutic interventions referring to the recommendations of good practices of the ANESM and HAS. These interventions are carried out by a team bringing together a specialist teacher and medico-social professionals, whose actions are coordinated and supervised.
