Alleged hackers would have thrown away the pages of the CDMX Prosecutor’s Office and the SSC months after Guacamaya Leaks

During the night of February 5 it was reported that alleged hackers would have simultaneously taken down the page of the CDMX Attorney General’s Office and the Secretary of Citizen Security (SSC). The vulnerability to the systems occurred at dawn on January 11 and was reported by users of social networks the following day. the Quintana Roo Prosecutor’s Office confirmed the facts and reported on the initiation of an investigation folder for the theft of information.

“The Quintana Roo Prosecutor’s Office reports that it initiated an investigation folder for the subtraction of online complaints filed digitally before this autonomous body”, reported the institution.

The encrypted file contained more than 7,000 complaints made online and in PDF format was published by a user identified as sc0rp10nwhich used the page breached.vc.

“The Attorney General of Quintana Roo, in charge of Oscar Montes de Oca Rosales, exposes security of the national and foreign citizens of this important tourist pole to the not having any security and data protection protocol personal data from its online complaints system”, published the alleged hacker.

It should be remembered that a group calling itself macaw was responsible for a cyber attack on the Ministry of National Defense (Sedena) from which they were obtained at least six terabytes of information which until then was unknown.
