Global body business partners INFRONT have now partnered with Viacom’s VOOT streaming platform to broadcast international badminton events in India live. It should be noted that Star Sports had been BWF’s broadcast partner since 2013. But the country’s leading sports broadcaster decided not to renew the deal with BWF this time.

According to information available from InsideSport, BWF’s business partners were asking for an increase in the fair fee. The same was not pleasant to Disney Star and they decided to drop the rights renewal.
