Alia Bhatt is on cloud 9 as she received her first national award. The 69th National Film Awards 2023 ceremony was held on Tuesday, October 17 at the Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi. One of the biggest honors of the ceremony went to Alia Bhatt who won the Best Actress award for her work in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi. Alia shared this honor with Kriti Sanon. For the ceremony, Alia was accompanied by her husband, Ranbir Kapoor.

As Alia walked on stage to receive the prestigious award, she bowed and touched the stage floor. The actress looked stunning in her ivory colored wedding saree. She accessorized the look with a matching choker and earrings and tied her hair into a bun, complete with white roses. She completed the look with a red bindi and minimal makeup.
