AEW’s Jose The Assistant thinks Matt Hardy is untrustworthy

Jose, Andrade El Idolo’s assistant, recently messaged, lashing out at Matt Hardy for “assaulting” him during this week’s AEW Dark Elevation.

In the latest episode of the YouTube exclusive show, Andrade-Hardy Family Office’s Jora Johl took on Jay Lethal. As expected, the latter emerged victorious after performing a lethal injection, leaving Matt Hardy furious at Johl for failing.

The WWE legend not only slammed the Indian-born star for losing the match, but also angrily pushed back on Jose for siding with Johl.

Moments after that, Andrade’s assistant took to Twitter to write about Matt Hardy “assaulting” him onscreen. Jose added that the veteran entertainer was untrustworthy and accused him of venting his anger on others.

“Help, help, help!!! @AndradeElIdolo, watch this! I told you we couldn’t trust @MATTHARDYBRAND, he ATTACKED ME and then spoke badly about #AHFO. I’m an innocent helper , Matt takes out his anger and drug issues on me online and not in person! #aew #AEWDarkElevation,” Jose tweeted.

Will Matt Hardy soon become a babyface in AEW?

Based on how things have gone for him in recent weeks, a turn for Matt Hardy seems on the cards. His decision to sell 51% of his Hardy Family Office to Andrade El Idolo apparently backfired. This created more differences between original faction members like Private Party and Matt Hardy.

A babyface turn could revitalize the veteran artist’s persona in AEW, which had arguably become stale in recent months.

Additionally, parting ways with AHFO would also open doors for Hardy to partner with his brother Jeff, whose arrival in Tony Khan’s promotion is all but confirmed.

It will be interesting to see how Hardy gets along with Andrade and Isiah Kassidy at Revolution 2022, where they take on TNT Champion Sammy Guevara, Darby Allin and Sting in a six-way match.
