ADM. BRETT GIROIR: Tony Fauci always likes to cover all his bases, so he can’t be 100% wrong going forward. But we shouldn’t talk about lockdowns, restrictions, anything with BA 2 or any variant we have on the horizon. We’ve got vaccine immunity, we’ve got natural immunity, we’ve got antibodies, we’ve got oral medications, we’ve got all of that in our arsenal, and we’re really well positioned. Most Americans are immune. And if you had Omicron, you are definitely immune to the BA 2 variant, so we shouldn’t talk about that.
