Adam Levine’s Shirtless Workout Will Make Your Heart Beat

Adam levineFitness trainer Austin Pohlen took to Instagram on June 10 to break down the Bordeaux 5 the star’s exercise routine. And while these moves weren’t exactly like Jagger, they were still pretty impressive. Levine has done split squat presses, split position rotary slams with a medicine ball, explosive supine chest throws with a medicine ball, cable lifts, dead bug drills and used the ‘rope trainer. Seriously, we’re tired of listing all of this.

“I’m so damn proud of @adamlevine and the work he has done,” Pohlen wrote alongside a video of a shirtless Levine finishing the diet. “We did a lot of core work and consistently increased our weights every week.”

In an interview in March with Us weeklyPohlen revealed that he started working full-time for the singer in August, noting that they focused on strength training about four to five times a week as well as nutrition. He also told Levine magazine that he walks on the treadmill and does yoga and Pilates.
