The AD Industries Group took charge of its Casablanca site at MIDPARC on Tuesday. The inauguration ceremony was performed by Ryad Mezzour, Minister of Industry and Commerce and Evrard Willemaers, CEO of the AD Industries Group.
Located on a 5,000 m² site, the site specializing in the production of aeronautical metal parts also includes boilermaking activities with high-tech cutting, forming, bending and welding resources. Thus, “ADIMA Casablanca is the only structure to carry out punching in the Moroccan aeronautical industry. It also has a latest generation 5-axis laser unique in Morocco”, indicates the group. The plant also supports machining activities; milling, turning, grinding on digital and conventional means and assembly activities. Indeed, the site has an assembly line allowing the integration of manufactured parts into complex assemblies.
With the resumption of global aeronautical activity, the AD Industries Group has accelerated its establishment in Morocco. The Casablanca site has launched major recruitments in partnership with the Institute of Aeronautical Professions (IMA). The workforce of the AD Industries Group will thus number more than 150 people on the Tangier and Casablanca Sites by the end of 2022. The AD Industries Group aims to reach a workforce of more than 400 people within 3 years.
This state-of-the-art industrial project marks the AD Industries Group’s desire to develop its place as a benchmark player in the international aeronautics industry by supplementing its industrial offer with an additional ambitious, high-performance platform while remaining at the forefront of current aeronautical technologies.
