CHICAGO (CBS) – A senior Chicago police official is no longer with the department.
The CPD confirmed on Tuesday that Robert Boik, the executive director of the Office of Constitutional Policing and Reform, was absent. He was replaced by Tina Skahill.
The department would not say if Boik was fired by Superintendent David Brown.
In a statement, the CPD said beyond confirming that Boik was no longer with the department, “we do not comment on personnel matters.”
The Office of Constitutional Policing and Reform is responsible for administrative operations, including records management, compliance, reform, and training.
