A man whips a woman in Beverly Grove and fled with jewelry

A man whipped a 71-year-old woman on Wednesday afternoon in his house in Beverly Grove before stealing expensive jewelry and fleeing the premises, according to the Los Angeles police department.

A flight with invasion of domicile was reported at 2:26 p.m. in the house of houses 6600 in the 5th rue, said officer Rosario Cervantes, police spokesperson.

A man whispered the house resident at the pistol and asked for access to a safe containing high-end jewelry, said Cervantes.

The woman has undergone bruises and cuts and was treated by paramedical paramedics of the Los Angeles fire service on the scene before being released. We expect it to recover completely.

Police said they are still trying to determine the stolen dollar amount and that the investigation was still in its infancy. No other physical description of the suspect was available.
