A spooky new listing will hit the real estate market just in time for this year’s Halloween celebrations.
A chapel-turned-home will be available for sale in a few weeks – but those interested will be able to get a sneak peek of the chapel-turned-home before the expected bidding war.
The former chapel, located in Rhondda Cynon Taff, Wales, England, is on the market for almost $73,000 and sits in the middle of a cemetery.

A spokesperson for the auction company that listed the house, Paul Fosh Auctions, told SWNS that the chapel does not include the surrounding cemetery.
“The structure that was formerly a chapel offers a wonderful opportunity to acquire a property with development possibilities,” the company said.
Although the sale did not include the surrounding spooky cemetery, Paul Fosh Auctions said the chapel had been dismantled.
There are plans developed for a two or three bedroom property, according to the announcement.

The chapel also has access to parking for up to four cars and convenient access to nearby trains.
The property will go on sale on Tuesday, November 7 – and bidding will close on the evening of November 9.
