Tried on February 26 as part of an appearance on prior admission of guilt (CRCP), he was arrested on the night of January 16 to 17 during an evening which the police had just ended.
She had been alerted by a neighbor, annoyed by the noise, from an association room located in Saint-Martin-d’Hères (Isère). While most of the 200 participants had fled when the police arrived, some had tried to resist and forced the police to use tear gas.
In addition to the organizer of the evening – also tenant of the premises -, the police had arrested a participant born in 2001 accused of willful violence, as well as the DJ of the evening for endangering the lives of others and possession of narcotics. 38 verbalizations for non-compliance with wearing a mask had been drawn up and the sound equipment seized.
The perpetrator of violence against the police was sentenced on January 18 to 105 hours of community service, with three months’ imprisonment in the event of non-execution. The DJ has asked for a delay to prepare his defense and will be tried in April.
