3 people found shot dead inside Morgan Park residence, Chicago police say – NBC Chicago

Chicago police remain at the scene Tuesday night after three people were found shot and killed inside a Morgan Park residence in the far south of the city.

Police say the three victims were discovered inside a house in the 11300 block of South Green at around 5pm on Tuesday.

An 81-year-old woman had been shot in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. A 65-year-old woman had been shot in the right chest and was pronounced dead, while a 61-year-old man, also shot in the right chest, was also pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives remain at the scene Tuesday and are investigating the case as a homicide.
