Three people, including two teenagers, were injured in a shooting in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon.
Authorities said the victims stood on a sidewalk in the 4000 block of West 26e Street around 1:50 p.m. when a dark colored vehicle stopped.
Police said a person then pulled a gun from inside the vehicle and started shooting, hitting the three victims.
A 68-year-old man was shot in the left knee and was taken to an area hospital, police said. A 17-year-old boy was shot in the right shoulder and leg, and a second 17-year-old boy was grazed in the abdomen, police said.
The three victims were transported to hospitals in the region in good condition.
Zone Four detectives are investigating the shooting and no suspects are in custody.
