Martha Stewart has now been dubbed “the original influencer” by Harper’s Bazaar. Even if you are not already a follower (of his career or his accounts on social networks), a look back on his wardrobe confirms this title.
The imitable expert in all things food, home and DIY has been a mainstay of our displays for decades. Her business efforts have never been heavily focused on fashion (although she does have a QVC line), but the 79-year-old has made her mark in the fashion world over the years, both as a young model and as a person we would love to raid.
Stewart spent the ’90s illustrating what’s “trendy” again – square blazers; loose high waist denim; and even a little athleticism.
Her style has remained classic over the years with the exception of a few tall hats and wide leg pants with bright green sequins.
Below, take a look at some of Stewart’s best dressed moments over the years.
