2 lanes of I-580 eastbound at North Flynn Rd. in Livermore closed due to landslide, road crack

LIVERMORE, Calif. (KGO) — Caltrans has closed two lanes of eastbound I-580 at North Flynn Road in Livermore for emergency roadside repairs.

It’s at a place where a side of the road has collapsed.

If you look closely on the far right lane, there is a crack in the middle of the lane.

The concern is that it could expand since it is next to this mudslide.

Caltrans is asking drivers to take alternate routes to avoid the backup.
