The video above is from a previous report.

The US Coast Guard resumed the search on Saturday after two people were found dead on Friday evening.

Investigators say the victims include a man in his 40s and a teenage girl.

Officers believe the driver was heading west on Pescadero Creek Road in a Toyota Tacoma when the man apparently drove through the intersection of Highway 1 and a parking lot, rolling down a cliff and into the ocean.

Cal Fire tweeted this photo of the car in the water.

Multiple agencies, including the CHP, San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office and La Honda Fire Department, responded to the scene.

Authorities are investigating and trying to determine the cause of the accident.
